Our son Justin is President and General Manager of Steamatic,
Quality Construction and Domenica Property Management of North East Ohio. The three companies will be known as Carrara Enterprises starting early next year. The companies have been growing at a 40% average annual rate since inception. As Justin likes to say “It all started out of a garage with me, a truck and an answering machine.”

Steamatic property of North East Ohio (NEO) was started by Justin in 1997. It is the premier restoration company in North East Ohio and preferred by most of the major insurance companies in the area. The company specializes in fire, water and mold restoration. In addition it has a residential and commercial cleaning division.

His Quality Construction company provides a comprehensive set of services performing disaster construction rebuilds and emergency repairs, major renovations and large commercial construction projects. One of the most interesting recent projects contracted is the exterior restoration of a church in Atwater, Ohio. Work will be started in July this year on the 80 foot steeple of this historic landmark, founded in 1841.

Before founding Steamatic of NEO and later his construction and property management companies, he earned two engineering degrees, a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from SUNY at Buffalo in 1985 and the University of Cincinnati in 1990 respectively.

Justin’s management experience prior to 1997 included two years of extensive training in GE’s Management program. General Electric, is regarded by Fortune as one the world’s most best companies. From there, Justin excelled in positions in of Manufacturing Engineering, Material Purchasing and Production in some of GE’s outstanding Transportation and Jet Engine facilities. His last production management assignment was as a Plant Manager over 300 associates for Collins & Aikman, an automotive supply facility.
Justin’s last position in corporate America was as a consultant with KPMG a big 6 consulting firm providing Supply Chain and Manufacturing Management expertise for Fortune 100 companies.

The major lessons learned from his broad corporate experience in Customer Service, Quality, and Superior Team building were invaluable.

Because of his dislike of the travel demands in his corporate position and his desire to utilize the knowledge he had gained to it’s fullest extent Justin started his own business.
His strategy was to start a company he could grow quickly with little investment and great upside potential with minimal capital risk.

All three of his companies sponsor charity events. Two of the major annual events are the June Charity golf outing that the three companies host and the February Casino night.

Justin loves to spend time with Julie, his wife of 17 years and his beautiful daughter Olivia. Justin states that his greatest joy will be observing with Julie, the remarkable achievements of his daughter Olivia surpass his own, as they ride her coat tails to the top.
